Dedicated to honour Carnatic-Music-World
Iconic Vidushi Dr. T.S. Satyavathi, whom under the auspices of STUDIO Kalavistaara was selected to program, for a live clay modelling demo; to create a bust of the celebrity by eminent Sculptor.
And so, on the 24th May 2025, the program commenced at 11am at the, “Art Classroom
Segment” of the, Indian institute of World Culture, headed by artist/art tutor Sri.Sanjay Chapolkar for IIWC. Including his students, all BVA students from the Kalamandir
School of Art, senior artists and art loving public were present for the program. At least 75 audience were present.
With Vidushi Dr. T.S. Satyavathi seated as the Model, the program commenced with an introductory speach by A.M.Prakash a founder member of the art movement,
STUDIO kalavistaara; initiating the clay modelling demo by Venkatachalapathi.
By around 12 am, together with the audience, a Tea break was relaxing before the second session continued until 1.30 pm,
by which time the clay modelling had reached a satisfactory level. Dr. Satyavati was requested to address the gathering. She expressed her surprise at the overwhelming response regarding the awareness of public involvement with art and cultural activities, and elucidated public interests towards understanding finer nuances related to Carnatic classical music and literature.
After her articulated dialogue, the clay modelling session was completed successfully and Dr. Satyavathi was honoured with a gift of a miniature ‘Bust Model of Veteran late A.N Subbarao, the erstwhile founder of Kalamandir School of Arts.
And then, a brief lunch session was arranged for all participants within the premises. After which, five members of STUDIO Kalavistaara art movement, namely: A.M.Prakash, Ganapathy Agnihotri, Hariraam.V, Venugopala .H.S, &
Venkatachalapathi took stage to address the public one by one, their opinion about the program and gathering; as well took questions for clarification with the Sculptor Venkatachalapathi. The function was well concluded also by honouring the Sculptor with a gift of Tulasi plant and a painting from artist. V.Hariraam.
STUDIO Kalavistaara, was highly grateful to the organisation of the, Indian institute of World culture for their collaboration in  supporting the event time and again.
